This program is designed for Kuwaitis in the public and private sector who are responsible for organizational decision-making for shaping direction and driving long-term performance. It equips participants with the strategic thinking capabilities needed to define strategic intent, evaluate complex business environments, and make informed decisions that align with organizational vision, leadership priorities, and competitive positioning.

Through a practical and executive-focused approach, participants will explore the role of strategy in creating sustainable advantage, assess external trends and industry dynamics, identify strategic risks and opportunities, and evaluate trade-offs in resource allocation and investment decisions. The program also examines how leadership creates strategic coherence, strengthens governance and execution, and fosters organizational alignment across functions and stakeholders.
